This site

1)  This site is for business use.  You must register to buy at trade prices, please contact Sparkling Books.

2)  We will enable trade outlets to see Sparkling Trade Direct and order direct from us.  You do not need a BookSource or Silvermine account.  We welcome single unit orders.   Once you have placed an order, fast re-ordering will be available for repeat orders.  We cannot despatch to Post Office box numbers.  To order more than 60 units, please contact us. Terms of trade for Sparkling Trade Direct are as for retail customers, improved by our trade returns policy and as stated here.

3) We print recommended retail prices in Sterling and US dollars on all books.  We also recommend Euro prices and sometimes print them on books.  These prices appear on the product pages on this site.  Your purchase, less discount, will be charged to your credit/debit card in Sterling.

4)  Trade credit is only available on application to BookSource or Silvermine.  You may order by telephone from BookSource using a credit card, in which case carriage will be charged by weight.  Orders placed via a trade credit account at BookSource will not be charged carriage. Orders placed through Sparkling Trade Direct attract a larger discount with free carriage in the UK for all orders, and free carriage worldwide for orders of 4 or more units. Special offers not available on trade credit orders. You may order on both trade credit and using Sparkling Trade Direct as you wish.

5)  Your data will be retained and may be used for further contact. You may ask us to delete your account at any time. We never sell personal data to third parties, nor do we permit third parties to use our mailing list.  Personal data will be transmitted outside the European Union, but only to countries that have equivalent protection and you grant Sparkling Books Ltd. permission to do so.

Promotional copies

6)  Screen readable pdf promotional copies are readily available on request. Printed promotional copies are supplied at our discretion.  Journalists will be supplied with review copies when appropriate.  We may occasionally send review and promotional copies to other trade outlets and journalists.

Returns

7)  Returns policy applies to orders from this site and from BookSource. By ordering, you consent to our returns policy.  Returns policy in US/Canada on application to Silvermine.

8)  Sparkling Books may vary these terms at any time by amending this page.  Promotional offers may be amended or withdrawn without notice.
