Returns - UK sourced printed books

We offer a fair returns policy provided you order steadily over the life of a title. The returns policy applies to orders placed with our distributor BookSource.

We will accept retail and UK wholesaler overstock returns in saleable condition when:

at least three months have elapsed since publication date; and
not more than fifteen months have elapsed since publication date; and
stock has been ordered steadily rather than a single large order; and
the return quantity is less than the final order preceding it; and
total returns do not exceed 25% of total orders; and
(for credit account sales) no unauthorised deductions have been made in settling your account.

We may at our discretion extend the returns period beyond fifteen months if there are seasonal or promotional considerations.

For wholesalers outside the United Kingdom, we will accept overstock returns in saleable condition when:

at least six months have elapsed since publication date; and
not more than two years have elapsed since publication date; and
total returns do not exceed 25% of total orders; and
(for credit account sales) no unauthorised deductions have been made in settling your account.

Please contact Sparkling Books for authorisation of returns. We will email you and our distributor. In some markets your local representative will authorise returns.

Carriage must be paid by the business returning stock. Promotional and gratis copies may not be returned for credit.

Returns - US sourced printed books

Our US agent Silvermine International will accept returns for credit within 90 days of supply, provided that they are in sellable condition.
